LCDSirReal can't find it's configuration file lcdsirreal.txt when starting. This is usually because you didn't follow the instructions on the homepage -- namely, you must extract the files somewhere before starting LCDSirReal. If you just open the ZIP archive and start LCDSirReal from there, your computer will extract just the executable file to a temporary directory and run it from there.
What's even worse, Logitech's software now remembers that temporary file location and will keep starting LCDSirReal from there. To resolve the problem, you must locate where LCDSirReal.exe got placed (using Search feature or by looking inside My Documents/LCDSirReal/system.txt) and delete it. You must then follow the instructions on the home page, and extract all files from the archive before starting LCDSirReal.
